OCEAN CITY, Md. (WJZ)–A man leads Ocean City Police on an early morning high-speed chase.
Police say Carlton Stephenson III, of Jessup, was driving erratically down Coastal Highway.
Officers attempted to pull him over, but police say he kept driving, traveling at a steady speed of 98 mph.
Eventually, Stephenson crashed into a condominium building on 72nd Street.
No one was hurt.
Stephenson is charged with driving under the influence and multiple traffic violations.
